I Need Only You
I have had my doubts and I have had my worries but in the end
You are the only man I want to be my husband or boyfriend
ever since you have gone I have waited impatiently for you
holding my breath, as if I were under water, with nothing else to do
I have waited for you for what feels like forever
and if I must I shall never stop this here wait, no not ever
I never thought I'd be the one waiting like this for one single man
but if any girl can do something like this I can
for I surely will wait for him for forever and eternity
for without him I'd drown in my own sea of self misery
what is life without love? and what is love without that special one?
for you see he is my strength, my anchor in the storm, the Only One

That's a lie I've told once before... and for a while, I believed it. But I was right the first time I said it, and the second time was the lie, because the person I set my heart on the first time... I just never got over her.
You can tell yourself that all you want, but you need to do more than believe it, it has to be true. I made that mistake.
I'm subscribing pronto, though, because I like the way you pour your heart out without any fear that people will make fun of you (not that that is a problem on such a friendly site as DUP though...)
