A Look Back (***Filler***)
Letters to Editors
Letters to Government
Letters to Lovers
Letters to Enemies
Where oh where, did the Poetry and Essays go?
Somewhere tucked in the cerebrate gut
So perhaps the next batch of animal carriers
Will forsake the noon-day lust
And scribble their exams
To become Truer Controllers
We need to rule the carpentry
Once built, to serve forever
I'm still an adole-scent
The Screen Saver still amazes...
But I suppose there are rules
And my uselessnesses will be punished
In these empty containers
There were promises of Energy Exchange
And in those concert crowds
There was Motion no one could bottle
I suppose the clock was just a suggestion
A voice in the room telling to turn the page
And through the night another unit of age
