i understand it very will its about pain and your thoughts right ? anyway that what it made me think of when i read it just wanting the thoughts and the pain to go away i like this poem its realy good great job and on to of that it makes the reader think what the poem is a about :)

... I can feel the simple yet intense frustration in this ... We all face situations that reduce our mind - body and soul to bits of rubble ... Tears in eyes - spittle on lips ...

I think these lines would work in a commercial song, Miley Cyrus esque 'wrecking ball' style or something. A very direct piece that isn't trying to be clever, just honest. It does speak to me.
