Footprints of Loving
The light that lingers as a mist shrouds all within,
Mere specters of wanton love abandoned and left,
The energy that once abound is no more,
Footprints are all we see of what once was,
A spice in the air an aroma following the two,
A moan a whisper a rasp of silk,
Then silence all around,
What once was will be again,
There is an energy building surrounding this magical place, Breathing a cry lost to the wind,
Snatched and caught by one taken into himself,
A hand reaches out,
Then clasped and taken back,
Beauteous is the rainbow that engulfs,
It sails with the two into the unknown,
Rapture is theirs,
A song taken into the dark light of always never to be stolen only given to them..........................
