Reflections In The Rain
vibrant sky's succumb to grey
the colors washing out
and from the clouds
comes the rain
erasing any doubt
a misty fog
obstructs the view
the world falling blind
whites
and greys
and darkened hues
lifeless to the eyes
drops of rain
drench the ground
a weeping sky proclaims
the living earth
shall surely drown
until nothing else remains
