PARADOX
Paradigm unlocks truths made in paradox,
As softest water wears down the hardest rocks,
Dark-nest wombs child-guide the brightest light,
Made in silence they scream with wild delight
And despair as they grasp vulnerability, gasp air,
Speak tongues, sleep tight, carefree slaves of care.
Axed from the tree of life these uncarved blocks
Masters of nothing, now mystery all, from mite to might,
Become mountain, become the rock the rivers wear.
Hear the bamboo breeze of beliefs, of birds in flocks
And sit at night, temple tight yet split; a moon lit night.
Vacant yet full, a vagrant fool with a fragrant prayer:
A paradigm, a padma, an ashen plume, plumbed paradox.

Such a great write, much admired!
In this poem lies a pilgrim heart, speaks the soul of mother earth, pandoras box is opened!
Yet it stays a riddle of its own.....

"axed from the tree of life .. " most intriguing in a wholly intriguing piece, whale.
What is padma? The first letters of each line say padma ... ? :)

Aha the keen eye of Absenta - padma is a lotus
And the first letters of each line spell PADMASAMBAHVA which means the lotus born - out of mud the lotus grows out to heaven

Ahah, no whale, I'm just too lazy to google it. ;) And what honor it is to actually ask the poet about his work! That is the pleasure of DUP. :)

Of course I had to google "Padmasambhava"
Definitely a great Paradox and acrostic piece. Still pondering the paradigm. I like it when a read makes me think and stimulates my mental boundaries. :)
