Self-Doubt
I fear that in the end,
I will bring it all to a smoldering rubble,
such as the hatred burning a chasm deep within my soul.
For in my heart there is no light,
no hope for a better world,
misery runs among my very blood.
My sanity is slipping.
Or maybe it was always absent,
I am the goddamned living embodiment of self-doubt.
