Behold!

Behold how the Sun's fiery passion burns
Painting alive the canvas that defines earth
Oh how the colour slowly bleeds from the sky
Bruised and devastated at the sun passing by
Clinging desperately to what little remains
Until the hungry moon creeps up to reign
Oh how the stars shimmer so distant yet bold
But how paltry in comparison it is to behold
