Love Like Hell

My decision was considerably chosen,
I heard your silence begging me to reconsider
You bet I adhered to your concerns front row center,
I still found myself more concerned for the life within me..

You don't know of what I know,
You don't know of my reasons why
You don't know of the pain I hurt,
Or the tears I cried upon the shoulders of a desert

You don't know of reason when reasoning is plenty enough,
You don't know of sacrifice in the way of

Something greater than any power in the name of somewhere up above..

Love..
Is the name of
Love
Is what I speak of

I did the best I could,
With what I had,
& you're a selfish prick
To condemn me mad

Your view is out of your range
I see it,
You & I plus one;
Welcome home..

Trust me, you'd be saying I should've known,
When you realize a house & us to have your own
Is not what you had in mind, because I am to each his own;
I melody, to a different tone,
One that is my own

I firmly believe a house is not a home if a child hasn't the freedom to roam
The discipline to own,
Adequately provided with the tools, guidance & direction;
Endless affection
All the love one could possibly be shown
Needed for the best chance up societies barbed habitual wall made of failures,
most off all..

The knowing that if they happen upon a stumble, even a fall;
They always have, if not anyone else at all, a sure parent to call,
One persuaded with the warewithall to acknowledge all personal fault, all the while invoking thought..
