Listening to you heart beat
Steady as the rain.
As the rise and fall of your breath
Washes away my pain.
Simple comforts in silence
I need nothing more.
To take away the constant worry
About what life may have in store.
Just take me in your arms
And never let me fall.
There I am safe, I can rest
Able to conquer all.
