Musing as I Sit at the College

What if I told you, you can make the world a better place?

What if I told you all we need is one less mask, one less lie, one less God?

That people have the ascendance for nonintrospective love, and joy and hope?

What if I told you one more hug, one more kiss goodbye, is one more kiss hello?

What if everyone let go of their grip on fear?

What if I went up to you and said, 'I want to love you.', 'I want to be around you and have your friendship.'?

What if all it took was one person not being shy and opening up to a crowd?

What if the real god is in emotions and not ideals?

What if I were not sitting here alone wishing someone would come talk to me, and have a connection on a human level.

What if I myself were not so lonely for a girlfriend or more company.

...What if this room were not so quiet even though it is filled with people....

What if one of them only wanted to talk to me and it weren't like pulling teeth...what if....
