my wish upon a star
i wished upon
a star last night
but it never came true
i guess they were right
i sat here thinking about life
and somebody called my name
i looked around but nobody was found
maybe im going insane
a bird flew into my window
it sat upon the sill
i looked at it and it eyed me back
its glare gave me a chill
as the sun was setting
i was getting
sleepy as i always do
then you came up and sat beside me
and my wish finally came true
