Icy Wasteland
[i]As I look out into the cold, snowy winters night,
I can't help but marvel at the icy beauty,
Each snowflake taking it's place,
Making a blanket of beauty.
A trap to the weak minded,
Thinking in its death trap will be quick release,
I see many waking into its icy beauty,
Dying ooh so slowly on the icy wasteland.
Laughing at this thought I reach out,
Catching a few flanks on my black leather glove,
Blowing, watching them instantly melt,
Disappearing into a drop.
Icy beauty extinguished easily,
Heat melting its unique pattern,
Like a life destroyed completely,
Till it was unrecognizable.
I can't help but marvel at the icy beauty,
Each snowflake taking it's place,
Making a blanket of beauty.
A trap to the weak minded,
Thinking in its death trap will be quick release,
I see many waking into its icy beauty,
Dying ooh so slowly on the icy wasteland.
Laughing at this thought I reach out,
Catching a few flanks on my black leather glove,
Blowing, watching them instantly melt,
Disappearing into a drop.
Icy beauty extinguished easily,
Heat melting its unique pattern,
Like a life destroyed completely,
Till it was unrecognizable.
