I Swear...
[b]The Truth, of the matter is...
I'm scared!
Although, I'm not afraid...I know fear
It's right here...Vulnerable & frightened
I swear!
Affirm, and declare...Under oath
With unusual excitement
Strengthened!
By the tenets, of my Lord's Prayer, I dare...To strive for enlightenment
...Out in the open...
Struggling, but coping, with trepidation's lies
Trying to surmise, what's quote, unquote "fair"
Hoping, it's sufficient...Hoping, God will still care
Comfort my despair
And grant me the courage, to bear, whatever burdens
To carry, whatever ridiculous notions, I may not quite comprehend
Thus, when I fully understand, the Almighty's ALL encompassing glory
LOVE's all-inclusive plan
In spite of the accusatory sins, that deem me unworthy
I'll stand BOLDLY!

Already knowing, my soul is ongoing and my place is assured
Throughout ETernity...
Holy...Within
Something akin, to Peace everlasting
True Joy...with...The One
...True Friend...
"OUR FATHER, WHO ART IN HEAVEN"
