Drag You Down

You were in my herd before I came back here
What a pathetic treat to find
You already plagued them, and were awaiting me
I was a nursing calf, defenseless to your tortures
Helpless and frail and afraid of you
One in the herd said I was a strong spirit
Who needed to be blocked and pushed down
So the head bull started to beat me
And hit me and tried to kill me
But I was a young calf, learning and observing
And resisting and getting stronger
You tried your best and failed
Because I saw the evil in the herd
They called me to join them, to turn around
And let them enter me, but I resisted and I learned
And became a young bull
You challenged me, but I won and beat you back
You sent others from our herd to challenge me
But I defeated them all
I was the strongest, I was the bravest
I became the head bull
And the evil has no affect on me
Now that this bull is aged in years and has his own family
He sees the evil trying to get his family
But his oath is the same as before
I will fight them, I will beat them, and I will win
I am the bull, I will drag you down.
