Haiku must really have at least one seasonal word, but this is still good. Like a lot of your work, it's sharp and haunting, very dark without ever being overtly so, if that makes sense.

Removed the tag, I've never really explored haikus or known their 'rules', just their structure. Thank you for the info (:! And the compliments!

No problem. I struggled with the form as well until a user on here gave me these four handy rules:
* 3 short lines
* 1 seasonal word
* 1 cutting point
* no rhyme, metaphor or simile
The basic point of haiku is that it must encompass a single unique image without using any poetic technique.
