Missing Heart(if found,please return)

The heavens weeped,
with a thundering grief.
And the lightening cracked,
against the dark cold sky,
but to last only so brief.
Surely the heavens had sensed it,
for they raged and they roared,
louder,louder,
deafening all sound around her.
Surely the heavens had felt it,
for her heart had drained the moment he said,
"I take back the heart i gave."
Surely the heavens had heard it,
for she could not cry or scream out loud,
all strength had been taken from within her.
He had taken his and her heart with him,
and a dark hole remained in its place.
Broken hearts surely heal,
but the heart that she gave and was taken away,
would never come back to its place.
Surely the heavens will know it,
of the girl with the missing heart.
