Look deep inside me
What do u see?
I see a heart that can’t handle a lot
When I get hurt its like I’ve been shot
A bullet to the heart
Every single piece breaking apart
I see a girl who still is closed
Because she doesn’t want to be exposed
A girl who uses her fringe to hide her face
I know that it’s just my insecurity that has taken its place
A girl who now can’t fall for anyone because of all the heart ache
That I can barely take
I cover up my feelings
So that you can’t see how much I’m hurting
Because I don’t want to worry anyone
With my problems Id prefer to help someone
A girl who wants to be loved as much as she loves
A girl that only sees the good side of everyone
Because inside I know that i've been strong all along
A girl that will shine one day
Just not today.

Not sure if you realize that 'mixed message'
You've implanted here..."can't fall for anyone"
(Closed heart, wall up) n wants to be loved, "as much as SHE loves" (open heart, wall down)... That's the 'meat'
Of what I get here at least, either way though, it's still well done :)
