I have always had an interest in poetry, i have wrote over 100 poems :) all about love and heart ache.
LOVE POEM

a wall around my heart
Feelings start to arise
A mask to hide the disguise
To protect her heart
A shield is built around
Until a person comes and knocks it down
Crack by crack
The shield starts to fall
She starts to become vulnerable
Her heart wide open
Hiding all the words left unspoken
He is pulling at the heart strings
And she knows the hurt stings
She leaves it to fate
Waiting for it all to unfold one day.

my head and heart don't agree
Heart breaking
From the pain within my heart
It stems from the depths of despair
And from the people who no longer care
Each scar is a reminder
Of the fighter I've become
And the wiser I will be
Each scar shows the strength inside of me
My head and heart continue to disagree
Turned against each other like always
So how do I know where my love stays
My head says you're no good
Yet my heart says your love is the path
That I need to follow
But I know your heart is hollow
I knock but no one is there

As the sparkles in your eyes glisten
My ears begin to listen
To the soothing sound of your voice
Like a bird singing, a beautiful noise
As i feel your touch
The softness of your skin
I begin to feel this fuzziness within
As i look at you with my blue eyes
I begin to fall into a trance
Like bugs do when they see light
As i see the smile come upon your face
Its a sight that one cannot replace
As your cheekiness begins to make me smile
I begin to cover my face to stop it for a while
As i get to see the flaws in you

Fading away
Fading away to nothing but dust
Slowly sliding down that hole
That never ends
I can see the way the sky bends
I feel my heart dying
Shrinking
Becoming cold
I realize I’m dying mentally and physically
Wanting it all to end
Its not pretend
You look at me
You see a smile
I see a girl dying inside
You see happy
I see pain
You see strong
And I see someone who is weak
You see beauty
I see the ugly truth
The pain is taking over my body
I cant even sit calmly
Without pain

Liar
A liar stands before me
As I see the mask come off his face
He presents a lie that cannot be erased
He has done his damage
And he shall do no more
Cause now, he cant hide his true colours anymore
The person I thought I knew
Was nothing but just someone I made up in my head
My thoughts of you, I mislead
You had mistaken love for nothing
You don’t know what love is
You don’t destroy the people you love
You’d do anything and everything For them
And yet you did everything to bring me down
But I have not lost someone I needed

Perfect
You’re what perfect resembles
You make me stumble over my words
You make my heart whole
It’s now complete
I want to be the person to catch you when you fall
I want to be the key
To your heart
To be the apple of your eye
You have it all
In the palm of your hands
You hold what is so fragile of mine
And there is no other guy
I’d rather be with than you
Because you turn my sky from grey to blue
You’re my happy ending
My love for you is everlasting
I wish you could see what I see
This perfect guy standing in front of me.

Every thought
Every word, every thought, every move
I think of you
The love, the affection
My perfection
You left a deep scar where no one could see
It makes it hard for me to breathe
Being without you for so long
You are my sanity
My clarity
You are the arrow on my compass
It always points towards you
You are the lyrics to my song
You were there when things were going wrong
You left a mark on my heart
It says your name
Without you, I will never be the same.
I think of you

the day i met you
The day I met you
Everything changed
All of my bad thoughts flew away
The warm and fuzzy feeling came in
That's where it all began
Missing your presence
Your elegance
The way you made everything feel right
I want to hold you so tight
Wrap my arms around you
That would be bliss
You'd be the perfect kiss
I feel comfortable and safe
To have met you was fate.

I hate you but I love you
My wounds are starting to show
Because of how much I loved you so
I hate seeing your face
But miss you when you are gone
So alone
Memories are still swirling around in my head
I wish it’d all end
I’d rather forget than forgive you
Then show you how broken I am inside
Id rather hide in my cocoon
Then hear those words soon
Those 4 words
Can destroy me

There is light at the end of the tunnel
At first I tumbled
I fell into a bottomless hole
But I got through it all
I got over a heartless person
But I was determined
I saw this mesmerizing guy
With green eyes that sparkle like the stars in the sky
With a smile so cute
I had gone mute

He has beautiful features

why cant i forget you?
I can see the sadness in your eyes
Why cant you see it in mine?
I have tears falling down my face
But not even a rubber can erase
The memories that we shared
The person that I cared for
The person I cant seem to close the door on
Why is it so wrong?
To still love you with the broken pieces of my heart
To wish that we had never been apart
I miss the warmth of your hugs
the way you smiled
the way everything would stop for a while
I miss you
Even after all we have been through
You are my first love
You were what I was dreaming of ...

tearing at the seams
I’m tearing at the seams
As each day goes by
I’m falling deeper and deeper
Into this dark hole
Where life is cold
It’s like a blizzard of tears
This is what I fear
I can’t go back here
I can’t be in this place
Where everything I have has been erased
Where I feel empty
I feel nothing inside of me
But pain
Emotional pain
It drives me insane
How can I get out of it when life throws me back in it again?
