Love is Strange

Love is Strange

The Silence in the air screams tonight,
Forgive me Babe for my imperfections,
How do you leave so easy, keeping me feeling this way,
Your gone, you left, leaving me with all the blame,
Lord, Why Don’t you feel the same…

Trying to pick myself up dead off the floor
With all the other nice guys that you ignored,
You come back after a bad trip left you torn,
Tied up or pinned down, Lord Our Love is strange,
Comfort and forgive me, she says,
Holding the sun, sky or sea, Just Lay me down,

Darling Babe, Years can pass by so suddenly
Have a fear that you can Keep me crawling back to you,
And all the torture that you adore,
Lord how do I get away,
Just lay me down, Cause our love is strange
Who will be your next lover, oh the fear of being alone,
The more try to change, the more everything stays the same,
Complicated is the world you made for me,
Torture and suffering you like to see,
And in the end, it all falls on me

pinned down and abused cause Lord your strange
