IN EYE
I found your hidden daggers,
with the blood stains of many men.
I could have read your eyes,
but kept myself blind instead.
The tarnished silver cross,
against your naked breast.
Lied a dying faith,
so I ripped it off from around your neck.
I found your hidden demon,
painted over with vivid color.
Is it up to me to slay the beast,
so you can't do this to another?
with the blood stains of many men.
I could have read your eyes,
but kept myself blind instead.
The tarnished silver cross,
against your naked breast.
Lied a dying faith,
so I ripped it off from around your neck.
I found your hidden demon,
painted over with vivid color.
Is it up to me to slay the beast,
so you can't do this to another?
