Mairwen's Sorrow (w/ MissAngelic)

Tell me why these brown eyes burn
with a desire no other shall know?
Why was I created, a creature so different
as a black rose in the garden of Eve?

These wounds will never heal
and scars will tell stories never understood.
I have been marked and will never be free
of this worlds perfection in a black mirror reflection.

Such a strong force resides within,
a power well kept beyond spoken promises made.
Whispering voices echo through my ears
telling me that my pain, my demons are here to stay.

How can I ever see myself
reflected within your dying heart?
A darkened horizon has split your love
tearing this crumbling world apart.

Dry such tears my love
For your pain is merely growth
My heart it still beats for you
Although now from behind
These walls we erected in fear

Smash that mirror of blackness
Seven years bad luck won't hurt any more
than the volume I have caused

Look into my eyes oh suffering one
There is where you will see your reflection
Of ultimate beauty and intense passion
that radiates from your soul

A home from home
But you must spread your wings
And fly to the stars
In search for your Eden
