Blind Spot

What good is proof, when it's degrading, and failed debating it's modesty?
The truth is, there's nothing more alienating than honesty--
and it's ironic isn't it..? I had stock in a savior,
Fixing iconic innocence, myopic in nature,
When time stopped...eyes locked, and I opted to save her--
but I'm not, 'cause I got lies pocketing favors--
who sky-rocket to find God...somebody's gotta do it,
I'm trying to find my blind-spot, somebody's gotten through it,
They're pushing an agenda...while silencing ours,
Single-file, societies spiraling downwards,
And spineless...cowards guiding piety to power,
Never seen as vile, King Denial, mindlessly devouring--
all the bullshit they feed us...a pulpit for Jesus,
And a full-clip annulled witnesses pulled from the streets as if…
God was a mobster…but God is a monster,
With followers conquering too many cognitive wanderers--
pondering nonsense…or squandering consciousness,
What's funny when the money spent on bottling godlessness--
provides a means for the homeless…to acquire some of it themselves--
every Tuesday and Friday…Recycling day--
repeats a cycle of syphoning strays, rifling through the ripest of ways--
of attaining righteousness, like THIS…is saved…
Lifelessness gives way to a numbness allowing her to fight through the pain,
She's trying to find her blind-spot…somebody's gotten through it,
And I opted to save her, 'cause somebody's gotta do it,
But I'm not…I've got lies pocketing favors,
and sky-rocketing by God to find themselves lost again…
