Never ending in Happiness

The more you time you spend around someone, the more you feel and understand about that person
That 5 minute walk to the cafeteria meant more to me than you think
That 4 sec wave made me smile from cheek to cheek
The  3 hour talk outside the library made me crush hard on you like 10,000lbs of weight on my chest
That 2 millisecond glance i took to see your smile created a million  caterpillar cacuns  in my belly  growing into butterflies
And that 1 day I realized that we would be the best of friends
But with happy stories something bad always comes in between
I really don't like the fact that you dislike me
And all for something that's really disappointing
You think I withheld the truth
But understand that this poem is for you
I know you don't believe me but you don't have to
I know my feelings were never explained
Well here it goes, my voice will not be tamed
You used to tell me you wanted a guy like me
I was wondering why was this happening
Then i fell for you while you were falling for someone else
The emotions started coming out, I needed help
You said you told me things that you didn't tell most, and that you trusted me
Well I'm still here and I'm not going to be running
I used to think that every guy that came in to your life, as practice for me
But I understand why it couldn't be
Now that I'm away we aren't on the greatest terms
We met in school right?, here's my lesson learned
When you care for someone, don't let them go
So from far away, I'll still be letting my feelings show
