Does he even take timeout,
taking the time to ponder over
what it is he's actually doing,
a snippet of information here or there,
his mind reliving distant acquaintances
grasping coincidences, holding on
reassuring himself its ok to do so,
to make sure its what he wants.
Did he even consider that maybe, just
maybe it wasn't so mirrored as his active
over active mind led him to believe.
his head speaks of waiting a little longer
his heart screwed with regrets if he walks
so he stays.
**My take on obsessive people
there's a fine line in affection and obsession

I am not going to lie to you...I have been there...I have been there. Thank you for writing this...it's purifying. Obsession is like an infection: one must drain the poisonous pus, squeeze until it's gone, no matter how much it hurts. Sorry for that utterly disgusting analogy, Rose, but it is like an infection. I'd like to think it happens to the best & the worst of us. Lessons learned, but I still need a reminder from time to time. You make my heart think. Thank you.

Totally relatable, i was at the receiving end of obsessive relationship and its not a fun place to be, so suffocating.
