Advanced Education

Ah the flow of life means we shift gears
inevitable and yet full of our fears
more then a dent to overactive pride
so little of the brain used our reach could be so wide

I may not be qualified to teach the course
deemed a student instead
with my only complication being
the presence of friendly coeds

So if you can find some stoic and unresponsive
I may do very well
determining very quickly
that we will NEVER gel

STOP the wonderings in my brain
and I can focus on the task at hand
readily try my best
and embrace the professor's plan

One dynamic area I at least need a refresher
is female anatomy
for my skill and knowledge to be sharp
another state might be the best for me

So to a course in economics for the ranks of the fully employed
have missed me since my California days
oh yeah I am loving helping the younger pupils
but no it hardly pays

Maybe a reminder that despite my dire observations
there is much that is good in the our times
transcends even national borders
a boaster shot for the wondering mind

No doubt that I can work on the learning curve
and embrace my learning style
reading is always a joy
always get a workout in browsing though a book pile

So the professor can focus on the interplay between
knowledge and practice with overtime
neurons and synapses making new connections
this journey a wonderful hill to climb

Any extra curricular that might ensue
may be pleasurable with a specific flow
my other classmates out of the equation
to the teacher my thoughts so go....
