every corner
everywhere I go
every corner
I turn
leads right back to you
lead me back to those
beautiful big brown eyes
and that gorgeous luminous smile
and that long blond hair
lead me back to
the way you call my name
and the names that aren't my name
but I know that youre calling me anyways
every corner leave me there
smiling dumbly
stuttering something
not smart at all
and leaves you smiling
laughing
every corner leads me back into your arms
back to where I feel safe
back to the smell of cheap cologne
sweat
and the smell of me
left over from the last hug I stole
every corner bring me smiles
confusion
joy
anger
more smiles
every corner
every corner
I turn
leads right back to you
lead me back to those
beautiful big brown eyes
and that gorgeous luminous smile
and that long blond hair
lead me back to
the way you call my name
and the names that aren't my name
but I know that youre calling me anyways
every corner leave me there
smiling dumbly
stuttering something
not smart at all
and leaves you smiling
laughing
every corner leads me back into your arms
back to where I feel safe
back to the smell of cheap cologne
sweat
and the smell of me
left over from the last hug I stole
every corner bring me smiles
confusion
joy
anger
more smiles
every corner
