Leah!!!

So, my girl that I adore
is playing with gasoline
I know she's going to get hurt
and her lover holds the flame.

I see her sadness in her poems..
it makes me sad too.
She deserves so much better than that
but there's nothing I can do.

She's getting jerked around.
Her poems go from love to hate..
I hate just knowing she feels so bad
but I can definitely relate.

She gives me advice when I'm down
picks me right back up...
she cares about me and loves me
When I met her, I was in luck.

Finally someone who listens to me
she can talk to me too...
I want to save her, make her feel better
show her there's someone who
       can be honest and true.

She can find another person
who will make her world so much more
she needs to put out this flame
and show that chick the door.

It's easier said that done
and I know she's going to tell me the same thing...
Leah, you know I'm here for you
you can come to me any time, with any thing.

I want to hear your happy
that someone is making you feel the way you should
You need someone who loves like you
makes you feel so good.

But now I'll just say one more thing
I'm always here for you...
even to write you silly little poems
For you, there's not a thing I wouldn't do.
