Guardian Angel

There is this girl with a complicated past
A girl that is strikingly contrast
She holds a knife within her palm
Someones convincing her to remain calm
She fears the evil she holds within
Her guardian angel hovering with discipline
She slices her throat a one inch gash
The blood appears beyond a flash
She fears her angel will grieve with sorrow
For this girl may not make it til tomorrow
The angel gestures for the girl to do the right thing
It's from here the girl actually felt the tug of her heart string
The girl ponders over this new feeling of kindness and love
Her angel whisper's in her ear...you should thank the lord from up above
Now this girl can relax with ease
Letting her hair down....enjoying the breeze
Her angel pleased with the girls new outlook on life
For one day she will become someones wife
