Gold, Silver, and Steel
Gold is a poison,
To a greedy person.
The kings upon thrones,
Wear the acidic crown.
Silver is the commoner's disease,
The chains and rings full of long lost stories.
Are as versatile as the dust on forgotten lore.
Steel the savior to many,
But an addiction to others.
To a greedy person.

Gold, Silver and Steel made me think of the Olympic Medals: Gold, Silver and Bronze.
The first two stanzas were so good...
Then I am not sure what you meant by the link between Steel being an addiction to many.
This is only my own opinion and I am not a poet.
So do not take it personally...this is just my very own feedback.
