A failure...
What I've become
Why me
Why now
Why so late?
A pain...
To hard to swallow
engulfed me
entirely too whole.
A demon...
Spit out my heart
shredded me
devoured me
killed me.
A lover...
Stabbed me in the back
betrayed me
blinded me
made me the fool.
Myself...
too far in
too blind to see
to play the fool
for all to see
that no matter what
he'll change on me.
