The drugs love me
Rather than
fixing me,
it became my
fix.
Big pharma
advocates it's
greater good,
but if you read
between the lines,
it spells 666.
They made a
deal with the
devil, and when
I take a bite
of that forbidden
apple, I ascend
to another
level.
Little do I
know, I'm just
wasting my salary
on trying to escape
this reality.
It's been six
months and I'm
seeing clearly.
I took a leap
of faith, and
feel much
bolder, now that
I am finally
sober.
But this war
is far from over.
For I will never
be set free.
I hate the drugs,
but they sure love
me.
