Be The Friend
Be the friend who won't be swayed,
Be the friend they can't persuade,
Be the friend who just says no,
And tells the pushers where to go.
Be the friend who's standing firm,
The one to whom the others turn,
When they want to learn the way,
Of saying no to booze each day.
Be the friend who'll just refuse,
To ever drink a drop of booze.
Be the one who's walking tall,
Who will not compromise at all.
Be the one who's unafraid,
To sip on milk or lemonade,
Who doesn't care if they belong,
Whose will is iron, and twice as strong,
Rejecting booze until the end,
And being a friend who will not bend.
Be the friend they can't persuade,
Be the friend who just says no,
And tells the pushers where to go.
Be the friend who's standing firm,
The one to whom the others turn,
When they want to learn the way,
Of saying no to booze each day.
Be the friend who'll just refuse,

And being a friend who will not bend.
