Rain Fever

As the clouds hover over my head
I feel a tingly effect on my body
Sparkling as the rain begin to fall
I lift my hands side to side
Turn my head up towards the sky
And start to turn around and around.

A peaceful grin appear on my face,
The warmth of my body disappear
And the feeling of hope fill my heart,
I get to think this feeling would never fade
Goosebumps appear over my whole body
As I turn around and around

My heartbeat decreases
As the calming rain flows over my bare feet
I have never felt this free
I have never felt this alive
Please don't let this end.
