The Four Horsemen

It was twilight and I'd to leave;
And as I was walking along the long road,
Came across a land
Devoid of creatures and soundless surroundings.

Suddenly it began!
Dark leaves fell and the breeze blew swift
A hundred unicorns appeared amidst the woods
Crackling sounds and shrieks of lost human souls assaulted my ear!

Appeared the Four Horsemen,
With Godly weapons on their hands and rode demonic horses that roared!
Feared with that ghastly sight,
I sheltered hiding among the crooked trees.

One that rode the red horse shouted
'It's time!!'
Stunned with their unnatural behaviour
I held my breath in fright!
Hoping not to alarm them.

It was a while after they disappeared,
I looked around and saw them gone.
I finally hit the road and prayed to God for saving my life.
But out of nowhere,
The fourth horseman and his pale horse
Appeared and rode towards me
and I could have only seen the blurred face of the pale rider
That he swung his Scythe on me!
