Changing Colors

Many lovely leaves have
fallen from the tree

a beautiful Spring bud
delicate shade of green

just starting in life
gave up, surrendered

to the wind

Leaves of many colors
flutter to the ground

gets caught in the wind
drops away blown into

never found

A leaf turning silver
aging with the time

an endless beauty
developed decided to

quit

at last gives a sigh
A scene of beautiful

colors

silently cover the
surround
creating a magical

pattern

a tapestry of life
lying on the ground
