Scattered Pages

There they are, once again, looking back at me,
These reflections of a place I only wish I could be,
No matter where I turn, no matter where I look,
All I see are scattered pages from a long forgotten book,
Pages here and there, end to start, they make no sense,
Each line a new story bringing never ending suspense,
Fact or fiction, past or future, it matters not,
In this novel it's all about the very same plot,
Living in chaos, confused from within, unsound,
A story so Fool of holes it's bound to astound,
Defined by a moment, crazy is what crazy was,
Reflected by a page, crazy is what crazy does,
So can you guess, can you tell, can you see?
What the moral to the story is, the key?
The plots been lost, taken away, rearranged,
Even though the plots the same and never changed,
Lost in the pages, searching, crossing time,
Here I am trapped in my very own rhyme.
