The kids that don't say boo
This is the kids that
take to the grass not the swings.
Those are the ones that
hide in shadows of parents not trees.
These are the faces that
appear sparingly not questioning.
This is the child that
never says a word but to his parents.
These are the kids that
grow up to be anxiety ridden.
We are the kids that
despair and become the understudy.
We are the kids that
die slowly and quietly now.
We were the kids that
lost their voice then lost their life.
