the blood is like a blindfold
symptome of this death .... dying out by the poison we created
our fists are closed around it ..... cant release it from our grasp
killing all we have... drying it with the salt from our falling tears
a cut on your face .... across your eyes .... the blood is like a blind fold
burning as it floods in
knife twisting in our backs.... burried at the place you felt safest
contaminate the stream you drink..... take it in with both hands
injest it .....let it condem you ...
let it take you under the gun and pull the trigger
face down in the river bloating on the fact that you were weak
i'll use you back as a bridge across
tear it out of your hands .... cold and lifeless
as if to crawl among the serpents
watch as the walls are torn down ontop of you
sick from all the blood injested
exicute them all ... put there souls to sleep
cut across your eyes ..the blood is like a blindfold
all hope abandoned .... crawl among the serpents
so close ... just pull the trigger
our fists are closed around it ..... cant release it from our grasp
killing all we have... drying it with the salt from our falling tears
a cut on your face .... across your eyes .... the blood is like a blind fold
burning as it floods in
knife twisting in our backs.... burried at the place you felt safest
contaminate the stream you drink..... take it in with both hands
injest it .....let it condem you ...
let it take you under the gun and pull the trigger
face down in the river bloating on the fact that you were weak
i'll use you back as a bridge across
tear it out of your hands .... cold and lifeless
as if to crawl among the serpents
watch as the walls are torn down ontop of you
sick from all the blood injested
exicute them all ... put there souls to sleep
cut across your eyes ..the blood is like a blindfold
all hope abandoned .... crawl among the serpents
so close ... just pull the trigger
