Spastic Speech

Spectres of spastic speech spluttering and sprawling.
Spectacular spaces of spit empty and unfurled.
Hidden spaces filled and furnished yet forged into fettered fate by aphotic fiend making lips blind.

Some spaces of my soul slide out seeking solitude.
Some just sit stubbornly slacking slavishly.
Some satiate the simple songs in my soul; relieving the air in me - barely but bravely, being bashful beasts beaten by blank bleakness most of the time.

But when my lips are both dumb and blind my pen can speak and see and free.
!And you know!, I don't need to be heard.
All I want is a chance to be at ease.
