a book should be compiled
or maybe even a story
of all the shit thats been deleted
extricated
cleared
erased
thrown away

and typed up, crisp and clean
for everyone to read

maybe her dad would be proud
passing over the scum she disapproves of
and telling her, good job

maybe her brother would stay silent
close his door
and smile
because his sister thinks the same way as him

maybe her sister would cry
because her cheeks are chapped
and her therapist say that its okay too sometimes

maybe her friends would sit her down
only to say nothing
because the story never really mentioned them

maybe she would become famous
for the complete piece of shit
that the people around her seem to love

maybe she would become wealthy
put it all in a bank account
and give it to the next man she sees on the street

maybe one day
one would find her real work
navy green covered
worn out paper

pencil and pen written
bold and underlined letters

only to be looked at
as scribbles

because her words never seemed to make sense

to anyone
