when experienced right on the  carotid artery this mythical place simultaneously feeds both  the mind and the heart, creating the preferred mist to appreciate all following courses



three - two hills of sensitive temptation, topped with a peak of ecstasy

gluttony will ruin the flavor, so  - like all temptations - consume   gently, slowly and carefully.  Finger food, use hand and mouth, licking and gobbling is  allowed during this course



four - rib of beef, marinated on  a bed of white lace

the finest piece of hip, where the inside of the bone structure meets the softness of the belly. Where there is a thin line  between ticklish and pleasure waves
