And now I present to you.......
There you were, so handsome I just had to say something
They say women leave the chase to the man but this was different
Just out of a new relationship
Some would ask, weren't you scared
My answer? Absolutely not
Why?
I knew this was my gift from God.
I have been blessed to love you even before I met you.
I knew what you would look like, that you would be of teddy bear stature, that you would love your mama, that you were a family man with a big heart and that you would love me for me and I would love you for you and that we would be best friends. ...

This is getting old and so am I
How do you tell a person you don't want to be their friend anymore?
I'm a woman who needs all or nothing
I can't have you be a friend 2 out of 365 days
I need you to be what I have been to you.
From young girls to now grown ass women and you still can't get it right.
We take 2 steps forward and then you do some dumb shit.
Do you know how many times I've felt foolish for being so good to you?
I've cried tears over these sorry boys
I don't need you to make me cry too!
Because hurt turns to anger and I will only grow to hate you.

To be so tired of a situation
Knowing that the fog may soon
give way to all things clear
...........is frightening
As I sit here on my bed
with the heaviest fears that I dread
I just want you to know that I want you

In my dreams its your face I see
I lay up at night
Wanting us to have the time of our lives together
Distance is a bitch

Silent Killer
There's no particular way to begin
This clarification to override your subtle declination
Who I am or what I do needs no explanation
Just know....I do it
I've taken the roots which im from
and I'll use it to mold the woman ill become
never judge a book by its cover
You assume im an ant in the big corporate world
You may think im the one taking the hit
But by this presumed ant you can still get bit
Don't try me
Aren't you tired of learning the same lesson again and again?
Keep hating, my grinding will resume
even though weakness...

What I wanted
As I dressed for a day of labor
I received a message from you....
someone I highly favor
How long had it been?
maybe six months or more
The feeling as if we never
missed a beat
I was in heavy anticipation
To experience love ever so sweet
Warm and tingling from my head
down to my feet
I didn't mind tapping out
I'll take the defeat
In the beginning, you wanted love
That I couldn't give
a dream that we couldn't live
But now you are back again
I feel that this is...

What is it, where is it?
do you have some?
I've looked high and low
.......I've stopped looking altogether
Between you all
I've found nothing I seek
Same patterns, same feelings I gain
From the same tribulations
Are you all alike?
Over the years I have encountered different
kinds offering the same effects in the end
Let's see........
There was the insecure boy
who wanted to change me because he
really needed to change himself
He enjoyed taking my heart, kick dropping
and propping it back on shelf ...
