the journey I take

in the game of haste

It starts of easy,
then next time to gets a little hard.
Soon you'll turn left to extreme.

I only have one life
in this game I play.
I don't have a second chance
though I have a cheat,
through the center of time
which I can't beat.

Who to defeat?
Time itself
or the mind like state of faith.
Who is my enemy?
I don't even know where to begin
or how to end
this reality vs dream
though it's just a game
in the end.
