Missed Moments
Sometimes I wonder why fate is so cruel
Is it just me or some karmic force that revolves around
Maybe I am just a planet in another galaxy
In a time zone where love doesn’t come visit
Born alone, die alone; I will be the living proof
As I am dead inside, without you
Tears leave my eyes, suspended like pearls in a vacuum
When I think of what could have been
If only had we met sooner, before she came into your life
It’s no use now, this chemistry we have
You have already made her a promise
How can I compel you to make her sad
I who know the bleakness caused by heartbreak
How can I willingly bestow such a fate on another
Even if it brings me eternal happiness, I dare not
So it is better this way, let us part our ways
Time revolves, come what may
These missed moments will meet someday
