  Yeah, I've got a sneaking suspicion that this recurrent, re-cyclic feeling of hungry inner longing, which has arisen & lingered for painfully long periods of time throughout my life (between the not so frequent & seldom as long lasting, sporadic, episodic occasions of seemingly fuller, joint-human love-connections, i.e. - "relationships"), is or must be, a common theme & universal symptom suffered, for most every living human being, at least at some point in their lives?!...  
 
  Aside from LIFE itself, this must truly be that other, darker, more notorious 'Circle Game', that no one ever warned me about, but that I apparently & obviously (at this point!) had to find out about & experience (ad nauseam on my own!!!?...  Or to borrow & use an excerpted line from an old Joni Mitchell song titled 'Same Situation' (off 'Court and Spark'), which seems to capture & echo some parallel sense of that feeling: "again and again    the same situation    for so many years"...

  It took me a few moments after I first began to feel my usual hunger pangs & sudden cravings for dark chocolate, cookies, sweets, etc., before my craving gradually switched gears into thinking - 'no... i need a kiss' (instead), then from that first dawning of my (sugar numbed-out)realization into my sudden awareness of the true root of all my collective physical, emotional & psychological cravings, in truth being the deeper, more profoundly nurturing, essential human necessity & need of simple, natural, fundamental human touch, warmth, understanding, intimacy, unconditional acceptance & love, which so clearly was the gaping hole in & the greatest missing element of my life at that time!...  
 
  'Now', at least I know, but that said, even knowing isn't always enough to bring about such vital, urgent change!!!...  
 
  Woe be the many perils & throes, amongst the scarcer pleasures and joys of we human beings...at times!...
