Dark Clouds

I see Dark clouds ahead of us,

I see darken seas getting tremulous,

and with each passing moment

dangerous and frivolous.

Crows scatter away,

afraid of the air.

Forest creatures skitter far in fear.

Thunder seems to shakes the earth,

As we scream in terror comes the fourth.

Yet we smile and say nothing is wrong,

when our only safety is but long gone.

We cry and beg but no one hears,

just as you did, you didn't care.

Our frantic panic, eating at our souls,

causing us to loose control.

We hear the drumming beat of our own hearts in our head,

Letting the first strike of lightning, simulate our death.

"There, There. No reason to be a afraid."

Such are the comforts we receive, again and again.

Lies that makes us feel secure and protected,

And establishing a bond strangely connected

So many other deceptive words keeps circulating,

as we don't even realize how much they've been manipulating.

They are all just lies they keep talking about,

All just ruthless fucking lies behind every Dark Cloud
