No one sees a friend in need
your with that some one
that persons walks pass you
you think everything ok
you carry on nothing is wrong

their eyes screams out for help
but now one sees
everyone is too busy
their heart aches with pain
the sorrow is over flowing in their chest
breaking the wall they have built
hardly anything could break it
but their own
now its too much to bear they can hardly bare it anymore
trying to push through it
make it alright but is not helping nothing they do is working

their almost at their whits end
crumbling under there own pressure
because they are afraid to turn to anyone for help
their strong but not strong enough
they have held too much in over the years  
and now it has finally caught up with them
its going through every fiber of their body

ripping them to shreds peace by peace
part by part trying to keep themselves together
holding tight not releasing not knowing how much more they can take

loosing their composure
reaching out wearing that plastic smile
begging for help
HELP !!!! HELP !!!! HELP !!!!THEY CRY to protect the one that matters most
but who will hear them when they cry HEEEELLLLLLPPPP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
