I Pray for you, every day
Pray for your soul as I cry
I hope you can find some peace
you could, if you would just try
I Pray for you, every day
as you turn your nose up at me
I Pray for you even harder now
it's salvation I hope for thee
I Pray for you, every day
for you to open your heart to light
that you'll emancipate from darkness
for the rest of your days to be bright
I Pray for you, every day
I Pray for the people I love
I Pray for everybody on Earth
I Pray to the good Lord above
