Restless tonight.
Something just triggered my mind restless tonight,
and rendered me sleepless.
So I turned over,
the cold side of my bed,
and stared through the hollowing darkness,
that hold captive of my steely heart.
I hear,
a deafening static in my ear,
swallow the sounds of all quiet and still,
a mental embrace of what equals my fear,
of uncertainty that is never a certain,
of possibility that is never a possible.
I close my eyes,
try to shut this restless mind to sleep[/font].
